Harambee Stars midfielder Amos Nondi has secured a move to Albanian top-flight side FK Partizani, bringing an end to weeks of speculation about his future.

The 26-year-old was officially unveiled on Monday, August 11, after being linked with a surprise transfer to French Ligue 1 outfit Paris FC.

“FK Partizani is pleased to announce the newest addition to the team,” the Abissnet Superiore club announced on their website, alongside a photo of Nondi in the team’s kit. The Kenyan international will don jersey number 99.

Nondi’s deal is structured as a 1+1 contract — one guaranteed year with an option for a second.

The midfielder joins Partizani after three standout seasons with Armenian side Ararat, where he made more than 144 appearances and accumulated 11,208 minutes on the pitch. Last season, he featured in 28 matches, including four in the UEFA Conference League playoffs.

While Nondi’s playmaking was pivotal for Ararat, he found the net just once during his time in Armenia — in the 2022/2023 season — and went goalless in the other two campaigns.

Before moving to Armenia, Nondi played for Georgian clubs Dila Gori and Kolkheti Poti.

Following a successful medical, he joined his new teammates in training on Monday and is expected to be available for FK Partizani’s opening fixture of the 2025/2026 season on Saturday, August 23.

Founded in 1946 and based in Albania’s capital, Tiranë, FK Partizani plays its home matches at the Selman Stermasi Stadium. The club boasts an impressive record, with 17 Albanian Premier League titles, 15 Albanian Cups, three Albanian Supercups, and one Balkan Cup to its name.
